Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind. 


You can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind but are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will be issued once your item has been inspected and confirmed it is in its original condition. Original delivery costs are also non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or mis-described.

Custom orders are not refundable.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your piece. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any delivery costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your piece upon receipt and contact us immediately if there area any issues so that we can evaluate the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
