Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on where you are.

Shipping fees are based on delivery to mainland England however, if you live a particularly long distance from regular courier routes or live outside of England, Wales or Scotland there may be an additional fee to pay. Please contact us first before purchasing if this is the case so we can give you an updated courier cost.

Local delivery -

If you are within 30 miles of NN10 I would be happy to deliver to you personally free. Choose ‘Pick up’ at the checkout for delivery options.

Collection -

You are also welcome to collect from me (NN10) yourself at no cost. Choose ‘Pick up’ at the checkout for delivery options.

If items are damaged in transit we require full photographs of the piece and packaging as it is received. It's essential pieces are unpacked before the courier leaves.  Any damage caused by the delivery that is discovered after that point cannot be part of a damages claim. 

Please note, all furniture will need to be easily accessible if being collected and will be delivered to the ground floor of your home/workplace.
